Question 1)
Will I experience heavy bleeding during my menses if I put 'Copper -T' ?

Answer
After putting Copper-T, next couple of menses may be a bit heavy. The answer lies in consulting your gynecologist, who will prescribe some tablets to your which will stop bleeding.
After a couple of months, usually the menses will normalize without the need for any further treatment.

Question 2)
Does Copper -T leaves its normal place in the uterus and moves up in the abdomen?
                                                     
Answer
After putting Copper -T, your Gynaecologist will teach you to self examine its thread in vagina every month.
You are also required to go for a regular Gynaec check up every six monthly.
If you are observing these simple precautions, you will remain normal.

IMPORTANT FACT TO REMEMBER
Once put inside the uterus,a Copper -T is effective birth spacing solution for a period of 3-10 years.
